Job Summary

As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users in a timely and professional manner. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.

Job Description
• Receive complaints observations regarding Medix System functionality, Network system and computer hardware functionality
• Log complaints in log book and resolve the users complaints via remote access to Medix System
• Forward the complaints to concerned like Manager MIS, Network Administrator and Hardware Technician
• Installation & configuration of new hardware devices, Operating System and essential software required for Medix System
• Assist Manager MIS in maintaining of hardware inventory
• Assist Network Administrator in resolving networking issues

Qualifications/Experience

Civilians: Education Qualification: FSc/FA/Matric with Computer diploma from a recognized Institute

Experience 2-5 year’s working as Network and Hardware Support Staff
