Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UI/UX Design Team Lead with expertise in Web3/Gen AI product development to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of innovative design solutions, excellent communication skills to interact with international clients, and the ability to lead a creative team in crafting out-of-the-box design ideas for cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership :
• Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team to deliver high-quality design projects.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
• Oversee design processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Web3 Product Design
• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for Web3-based platforms, including DApps, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain solutions.
• Stay updated with trends in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Client Interaction
• Communicate effectively with international clients to gather requirements and present design concepts.
• Build strong client relationships by providing expert design solutions that align with their vision.

Creative Problem-Solving
• Provide unique, out-of-the-box design ideas tailored to meet project challenges.
• Balance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience to create exceptional designs.

Project Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design with development.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and revisions efficiently.

Design Tools And Processes
• Utilize design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard software.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications : .

Experience
• Proven experience in Web3/Gen AI product development and a deep understanding of blockchain concepts.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Soft Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with international clients.
• Ability to provide creative, out-of-the-box design solutions.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

Portfolio
• A robust portfolio showcasing innovative UI/UX designs, particularly in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Previous experience working with international clients in product design is a must.
