We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead and design scalable, high-performance solutions across various platforms. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align business goals with technology solutions. The Senior Solution Architect will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and product managers to deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions.

What You Will Do:
• Technology Leadership & Strategy: Define and implement technology roadmaps, architecture best practices, and enterprise-wide solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Design end-to-end technical architectures for mid-to-large scale enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
• Development Frameworks: Leverage expertise in frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP, and Magento to guide architectural decisions and project execution.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Architect solutions leveraging cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integrate CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for automation and deployment efficiency.
• Payment Gateway & API Integration: Oversee integration of payment gateways (local and international), ensuring secure transaction handling and seamless bank reconciliations.
• AI Implementation & AI-Based Work: Lead the integration of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Implement AI/ML models to improve application performance and customer experience.
• Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, high-quality standards, and project timelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to define product requirements, establish architectural standards, and align technical strategies with business goals.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, architectural diagrams, database schemas, and API specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and system scalability.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices, data protection laws, and industry compliance standards within architectural frameworks.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability, leveraging caching, load balancing, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Emerging Technologies & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, AI technologies, cloud computing, and architectural patterns, and incorporate relevant innovations into solutions.

KSAOs that You Will Require to Succeed in this Role:
• Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, RPC, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Expertise in database architecture (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
• Solid grasp of design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP), and best coding practices.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR), and IT governance best practices.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, and NLP.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Academic Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and enterprise solutions.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• BSC/MSC in CSE from reputed university
• At least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Prior experience in AI implementation, machine learning model deployment, and automation is highly desirable.
• Experience working with enterprise-grade applications and large-scale system architectures.
