Responsibilities

• You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and test network applications that will enable global connectivity via standard mobile devices
• Develop network protocols for space-based cellular networks
• Create network software for signaling and operation and maintenance (O&M) operations
• Implement software testing systems

Requirements

• This position is ideal for a seasoned Networking Software Engineer looking to bring their expertise to a cutting-edge project
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in developing software for 2G and/or LTE networks
• Implementation, testing, and quality assurance experience for protocol stacks
• Knowledge of wireless networking technologies, including GSM, GPRS, LTE, and/or 5G standards, access and core network protocols, and end-to-end network applications
• Familiarity with core network function blocks, authentication, and value-added services
• Modern C++ programming and design patterns
• Debugging skills using tools like gdb and valgrind
• Sockets and multi-threaded programming
• Distributed architecture experience
