Job Description

Responsibilities

• The Spring Boot Technical Lead will oversee technical teams in the development and implementation of projects utilizing Spring Boot and Kafka technologies
• This role is crucial for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with business requirements while providing mentorship and technical guidance to team members
• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of projects using Spring Boot and Kafka
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework for building enterprise Java applications
• Strong experience in working with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with cloud services and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
