Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and skilled Sr NodeJs Full Stack Developer with experience in Power Shell and ReactJS to join our team, an individual with expertise in Microsoft Viva React JS Microsoft Teams PowerShell and Node js. Experience in Devices and Billing & Revenue Management domains is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Viva React JS Microsoft Teams PowerShell and Node js
• Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and efficient applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices
• Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing features
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback
• Drive innovation and contribute to the overall success of the project

Key Qualifications
• With 6 - 8 years of experience
• Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Viva React JS Microsoft Teams PowerShell and Node js
• Demonstrate experience in Devices and Billing & Revenue Management domains is a plus
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Show proficiency in agile development methodologies
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills
• Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members

The Salary rate for this position is between $97,000 – 110,000,00 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
