Curl Ware is looking for Sr. Project Manager (Full-Stack & DevOps)

About Curlware: Curlware is a leading software company specializing in web applications and enterprise solutions. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in full-stack development (React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB) and DevOps to lead our development team and drive high-quality project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects using agile methodologies.
• Technical Leadership: Oversee React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB development, ensuring best practices.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Manage CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor developers, conduct sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic background with a focus on software development, system architecture, and DevOps.
• Additional certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
• Skills Required: Software Architect, Project Manager (Software), Software Engineering, Ecommerce Development, MongoDB, SaaS project, Microservice Architecture, Next Js, React | NodeJS | mongoDB | mongoose | JavaScript | Github | Git

Additional Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Strong background in React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Experience with DevOps, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a technical team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in scalable system architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced software development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and API Gateway.
