We have 2 urgent positions for a “Sr. Lead Node Developer", these are hybrid roles located in Newark NJ.

Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end.
• At least 3 years of experience in a lead or senior role, managing development teams and driving technical projects.

Technical Skills:
• Expertise in React (including React hooks, component lifecycle, state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Proficiency in Node.js and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows like Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn.
• Experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure, and deploying applications to cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai) and integration testing (e.g., Cypress).
• Experience with GraphQL and state management patterns like Apollo Client.
