Responsibilities

• Ability to conduct and analyze usability testing sessions to gather insights and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction

Requirements

• Required Skills: 6+ Year Proficient in Node JS with a strong focus on user experience and usability
• Experience in designing responsive and cross-browser user interfaces to ensure a consistent experience across various devices and platforms
• Proficiency in using tools like Sketch or Adobe XD or Figma, or similar for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing designs into functional, interactive web applications
• Understanding and application of user-centered design principles to create interfaces that align with user needs and behaviors
• Expertise in crafting meaningful and intuitive interactions through the thoughtful use of animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of typography principles and color theory to create visually harmonious and accessible designs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, to collaborate efficiently with development teams and track changes in design iterations
