Responsibilities

• Transform technology into opportunity as a Systems Administrator Advisor (Linux) with GDIT
• Our work depends on Systems Administrator Advisor joining our team to manage on-prem and cloud Linux assets
• HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
• Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
• Relies on the collective team's knowledge and documentation to solve challenges
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with high expectations
• Work with individuals committed to supporting the mission
• Supports a mission focused customer enabling a world class mission
• Utilizes the full compliment of technical and interpersonal skills to accomplish the work
• Location: On Customer Site
• Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays

Requirements

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Security+, YAML, Python, Bash and Ruby
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
• Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, Perseverance, Documentation
• US Citizenship Required
