Tech Support Wanted: Flexible Help for Older WordPress site & Newer Elementor Tweaks

Job Description
I have around 4 websites, that are constantly growing. I'm looking for a tech-savvy person who can assist me with various WordPress tasks on an ad-hoc basis. I can handle most things myself but sometimes need an expert touch for design refinements, Elementor fine-tuning, and troubleshooting small issues.
What I Need Help With:
1st - I need a new JOBS page on our site being built. The current one is dated. The whole site is dated, but I'm not going to move it to a new site yet because it is a big site and it is highly optimised for many areas. Thence it needs someone who is good with HTML & CSS to create a whole new fast loading, simple, modern, jobs page wihtout relying on bulky plugins!
2nd Perfecting Elementor layouts I've already set up
3rd Improving page designs and structure
(Possibly soon) Copying an entire WordPress site for testing & development
Adding custom code to an older WordPress site (not Elementor-based)
General problem-solving for any clunky design or performance issues
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in WordPress, Elementor, and general web design
Comfortable with light coding (CSS, PHP tweaks, etc.)
Flexible and available for small tasks as needed
Able to work efficiently without unnecessary back-and-forth
