Key Responsibilities
• Define the overall Python development strategy and own architecture and design decisions across services and modules.
• Lead a team of Python developers; conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable implementations.
• Owning delivery timelines, project health, and risk management.
• Establish coding standards and review processes and drive test automation, CI/CD integration, and code coverage improvement.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code, containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and monitoring.
