Job Description
At UPSLOPE ADVISORS, INC, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to provide critical assistance to our Customer Care Support Center.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with government clients and end-users via various channels.
• Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance, diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, and documenting all support interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical support role, preferably in a government contracting environment, and be familiar with government systems, applications, and security protocols.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in IT or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
