The BXT Support Tools and Automation (STA) team plays a critical role in this initiative by building tools to improve the benefits administration process. As a member of this team, you will work closely with product support and software engineering teams to develop solutions that make the benefits experience more seamless for Amazon employees.
Job Description

As a Support Engineer II on the BXT STA team, you will be responsible for owning issues from start to finish, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, covering multiple products, features, and services driving employee benefits experience.

• Development of processes and mechanisms.
Requirements
• 2+ years of software development or 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience in Unix.
