Major Responsibilities:
• Learn and apply software development using Python language
• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of Python-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Learn and apply software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python and software development.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.

Skill Development Training (Hire & Train): There will be 180 hours training and OJT (On the Job Training) to develop the skill and capability to work on production level projects.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience Requirement: 0-1 Year (Potential fresh candidates are cordially invited to apply)
Job Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka
Salary: 7,000 BDT during training period (Will be reviewed upon successful completion of the training)

Other Requirements:
• Basic understanding of Python programming language.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms.
• Exposure to web development frameworks like Django or Flask is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow as a developer.
