Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of professional experience in both UI/UX design and graphic design, combining an eye for aesthetics with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You will play a key role in creating engaging and intuitive designs that enhance user experience across digital platforms while ensuring high-quality visual design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
• UI/UX Design: Design and create visually appealing, functional, and intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products, with a focus on improving user experience.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the target audience, using insights to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to demonstrate interaction designs and layouts. Ensure these designs are user-centric, efficient, and meet project objectives.
• Graphics Design: Create graphics for web pages, social media, branding materials, marketing campaigns, and presentations. Ensure consistent use of visual design elements that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of design solutions is smooth and consistent across all platforms, providing necessary design assets and specifications.
• Responsive Design: Create responsive and adaptive designs that offer an optimal user experience across various devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
• Branding & Visual Consistency: Maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital products, ensuring that branding guidelines and visual standards are adhered to throughout.
• UI/UX Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing, continually improving the user experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a combination of UI/UX and graphic design work.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating effective, user-friendly interfaces.
• Graphics Design Skills: Ability to create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including icons, illustrations, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Responsive Web Design: Familiarity with designing responsive layouts that adapt to various screen sizes and devices.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in both design and functionality to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to tackle complex design challenges and deliver simple, user-friendly solutions.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with motion design or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of design systems and style guides.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
