Job Summary: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft seamless user experiences that align with business goals.

Detailed Responsibilities
• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends.
• Collect and interpret user feedback.
• UI (User Interface) Design:
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Develop consistent design systems, icons, typography, and color schemes.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with Swosti Ltd.’s brand identity.
• UX (User Experience) Design:
• Design user flows and interaction models for intuitive navigation.
• Optimize layouts and features to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Conduct usability testing to improve overall product experience.
• Prototyping & Testing:
• Develop interactive prototypes for demonstration and user testing.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work alongside product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
• Present design concepts and rationales effectively to internal teams.
• Maintain design documentation and guidelines for consistency.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Design online/print banners, brochures, images, videos, and promotional materials.
• Improve the design and functionality of the existing WordPress-based website.
• Engage in digital marketing activities to promote the brand and increase sales.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and usability heuristics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus).
• Ability to conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
