Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals.

Duties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in the digital design field

Skills
• Proficiency in Unity, SQL, E-commerce platforms
• Experience in requirements gathering and web accessibility
• Strong data analysis skills and data visualization techniques
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
• Solid background in web design principles
• Familiarity with SharePoint for collaboration and document management
