Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Washington, D.C

The UX Designer will be responsible for the creation of custom interaction designs and prototypes for enterprise websites and applications. The UX Designer will need to be skilled at translating customer and end-user requirements into creative ideas that achieve technical solutions. The UX Designer will create technical wireframes and mockups for use in agile user stories. The UX Designer shall be knowledgeable of web standards in design and latest industry trends in responsive web design.

Responsibilities:
• Translate requirements into wireframes.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions in collaboration with Product Managers and functional SMEs.
• Work with UX specialist to uncover user problems and to test concepts.
• Collaborate with other UX Designers to inform best-in-class UI designs.
• Make strategic design decisions related to existing and new functionality.

Knowledge:
• Expertise in UI/UX design software’s.
• Expert knowledge in user-centered design principles, information architecture.
• Design and deliver experiences optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Ability to employ design to address complex problems.
• Ability architecture principles to user experience.
