Responsibilities:
Team Management: Manage the UI/UX design team to deliver high-quality designs.
Design Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
Project Planning: Plan and manage design projects from conception to delivery.
Design Tools: Ensure team proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, & Sketch.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems for scalability and consistency.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
Performance Metrics: Define and track metrics to measure design effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design plans and progress to stakeholders.
Design Standards: Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
Innovation: Encourage innovation and experimentation within the design team.
Budget Management: Manage design budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve design processes and workflows.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or management and designing roles.
Expertise in prototyping tools and design systems Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD & Sketch
Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
