Job Description for UI/UX Designer profile:-

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a talented UI/UX & Web Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX & Web Designer, your tasks will involve understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design software and wireframe tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate findings into intuitive UI/UX designs.

· Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

· Collaborate with manager and developers to define user requirements.

· Maintain and enhance design consistency through style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems.

· Implement usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

· Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

· Create visually compelling graphics, icons, and other UI elements.

· Optimize designs based on data-driven insights and performance analytics.

· Make page navigation buttons and search fields.

· Make layout changes based on user feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:-

· Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

· Should have experience of 6 Months to 1 year with strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

· Skills required- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and WordPress

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Highly collaborative attitude

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Location:- Phase 8A Mohali, Punjab

Working Days:- Monday- Friday (onsite Job)
