What you'll do...
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join an Agile Team to delve into our Digital Citizenship landscape. Collaborating as part of a privacy & compliance unit, you'll not only develop but also support the solutions you create. Your role will involve optimizing our Digital Trust & Compliance solution, adding business value, and ensuring compliance with different Regulations.
About Team: Digital Citizenship The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. People Technology is one of the major segments of Walmart Global Tech's Enterprise Business Services, which is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience. Our organization is the Global Risk and Compliance -Digital Citizenship Tech focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. We are responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementations across the globe so that we can earn our customers' and associates' trust.
What you'll do:
• Full stack development using multiple technologies like React JS, React Native, Java, Spring, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Kafka and other such tools/frameworks
• Identifying short- and long-term goals, reviewing and providing feedback for proposed solutions, performing design and code reviews.
• Develop efficient code to automate repetitive / manual tasks.
• Design and develop in large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on Observability and ensures everything can be measured.
• Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues.
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development of highly scalable applications.
• Experience working with micro-services architecture and distributed systems.
• Passionate about reviewing code, expertise with Automation Tools and strong customer focus and obsession with quality.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies and experience in developing APIs using Java, Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or React Native.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Reston, Virginia US-07759:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
