Job Description
Are you a tech visionary ready to make your mark in the live entertainment industry? Hedlyner is redefining how venues, artists, and bookers connect, creating a seamless experience to book and promote live music events. With our product already live and gaining traction, we’re searching for a UX styling developer to join us to help refine our look!
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable SCSS stylesheets for Vue.js applications.
-Implement and refine UI/UX designs provided by designers, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and consistency across all platforms and devices.
-Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of styling into the application.
-Optimize CSS performance and maintain code quality through best practices and code reviews.
-Create and maintain style guides and component libraries to promote design consistency and efficiency.
-Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various screen sizes and devices.
-Troubleshoot and debug styling issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, particularly in SCSS and Vue.js styling.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.
-Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
-Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a UX Styling Developer or Front-End Developer with a strong focus on SCSS and Vue.js.
-Expert knowledge of SCSS, including variables, mixins, functions, and modular architecture.
-Solid understanding of Vue.js component-based architecture and its styling capabilities.
-Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design principles.
-Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
-Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility best practices.
-Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Bonus: familiarity with Laravel framework.
