Job Summary

Are you a UX Designer that demonstrates a curious nature in Design Thinking and a storytelling mentality? In need of experienced UX Design leads for a large Enterprise client whose culture and environment make this a coveted organization to work with. Although these are contract roles you have the ability to stay for as long as three years and they always look to their contract pool when FTE roles open up.

• Independently drives design sprints, recommends appropriate activities to solve creative problem-solving challenges, drives collaborative problem-solving and creative thinking. Works with customer journeys, personas to inform design decisions. Translates insights into actionable design concepts. Acts as a lead for other designers. Places the customer at the center of everything they do.
• Portfolio that demonstrates thought process, affinity mapping, journeys, experience strategy, and outcomes.

Qualifications
• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required) in Human Factors, UX Design and Human and Computer Interaction preferred. Years of experience in lieu of a Masters Degree or above will be considered.

Skills
• UX Design in a large enterprise preferred
• Design Thinking mentality
• Collaboration skills are key in working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to present ideas up the chain
