We are a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on providing an exceptional online shopping experience. Our team values growth, collaboration, and excellence, and we are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our Shopify product listings.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will ensure our product pages are accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO. You will work with marketing and inventory teams to keep listings up-to-date and aligned with promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update Shopify product listings (descriptions, images, prices, inventory).
Apply SEO strategies to improve product visibility.
Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
Monitor and update inventory levels in listings.
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify or in a similar e-commerce position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO and online marketing tools.
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
Graphic design/photo editing skills are a plus.
Self-motivated and independent worker.
