Recooty is seeking an experienced Visual Design Lead to spearhead the development of engaging web experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for shaping the visual direction of our projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual with expertise in web design, graphic design, and wireframing. If you have a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, we want to hear from you!
• *Key Responsibilities**
• Develop original website design concepts that balance simplicity and complexity
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas
• Present and defend designs to peers and executive stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• *Requirements**
• Proven work experience as a web designer
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
