Job Description
We are looking for a skilled web developer with experience in both WordPress and HubSpot to support upcoming event promotions on our website. This is a time-sensitive project that requires someone who is responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both platforms.
Project Overview:
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining 3 existing event registration pages (on HubSpot) and building 1 new sponsorship page (on WordPress). The event pages already exist but need an improved layout, embedded ticketing functionality, and video integrations. The sponsorship page will be created from scratch based on our brand style.
Deliverables & Timeline:
Event Page 1 (HubSpot)
- Updated layout and functionality by April 4
- Ongoing updates until June 2
Event Page 2 (HubSpot)
- Updated layout and functionality by April 14
- Ongoing updates until August 1
Event Page 3 (HubSpot)
- Updated layout and functionality by May 15
- Ongoing updates until September 5
Sponsorship Page (WordPress)
- Designed and launched by April 21
Requirements:
- Experience with HubSpot CMS and WordPress
- Strong frontend skills (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
- Ability to embed video and ticketing widgets (we use Eventbrite or similar)
- Familiarity with user experience and clean visual layouts
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience working with event-based organizations
- Graphic design experience a plus
