Responsibilities

• This role requires expertise in **front-end and back-end development**, server configurations, and seamless integrations with **CRMs like Zoho**
• *Website Development & Optimization**
• Develop and maintain **WordPress websites** that are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for **Core Web Vitals**
• Customize and enhance WordPress themes using **PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Elementor Pro, and Blocksy**
• Ensure all web pages are **responsive, mobile-friendly, and align with business goals**
• Implement **dynamic content features**, such as:
• Interactive slideshows and galleries
• Collapsible mobile navigation elements
• Image-based navigation linking to Reviews, Accessories, and Recommendations
• *Back-End Development & Server Management**
• Configure and manage **servers, hosting environments, and databases** for optimal performance and security
• Implement **scalability solutions** to accommodate future growth
• Maintain **website security** with domain-level and server-level safeguards
• *CRM & Third-Party Integrations**
• Seamlessly integrate the website with **Zoho CRM**, ensuring smooth data syncing and automation
• Implement **content personalization** tools like **Dynamic Yield** to enhance user engagement
• Integrate analytics, marketing automation, and other smart tools to improve user experience
• *Performance Optimization & Compliance**
• Apply **best practices for speed optimization**, including efficient asset loading and caching
• Ensure compliance with **Google’s Core Web Vitals benchmarks** (LCP, FID, CLS)
• Regularly test and improve website performance across different browsers and devices
• Work with **Google Search Console** to monitor and enhance search visibility and site performance

Requirements

• Note: It is essential that you have experience working in Google Search Console and improving Web Core Vitals
• *Web Developer (Front-End & Back-End)**
• We’re looking for someone passionate about building **high-performing websites** while ensuring **security, scalability, and top-tier Core Web Vitals performance**
• **5+ years of experience** as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing front-end and back-end expertise
• Proven ability to **optimize websites for Core Web Vitals**
• Experience working with **Google Search Console** to improve website performance and visibility
• Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Elementor Pro, and Blocksy**
• Expertise in **responsive and adaptive design principles**
• Experience integrating and managing **Zoho CRM**, including automated workflows and form integrations
• Strong understanding of **server configurations, hosting environments, and performance optimization techniques**
• High attention to detail with an **eye for modern, user-friendly design**
• Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to manage multiple projects
