Weβre seeking a tech-savvy, strategic designer who understands the psychology behind effective web and sales pages, has an eye for clean, modern design, and knows how to optimize pages for conversions, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
π Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize high-converting web pages, landing pages, and sales pages on various platforms, including WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Kartra, HighLevel, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, and Shopify.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and strategically structured to drive conversions (sign-ups, purchases, bookings, etc.).
- Optimize for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness to enhance user experience and rankings.
Implement lead capture elements like opt-in forms, CTAs, countdown timers, and pop-ups.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate funnels, email automation, and payment processing where needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to page design, integrations, or user experience.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring a seamless look and feel.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, best practices, and platform updates.
π Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in web design, landing page creation, and sales funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Kartra, HighLevel, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, and Shopify (or at least most of them).
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX/UI design, and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience with drag-and-drop page builders like Elementor, Divi, Thrive Architect, Webflow, and Leadpages.
- Knowledge of basic HTML & CSS (preferred but not required).
Ability to design for lead generation, online courses, coaching programs, and eCommerce.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools.
- Strong project management skillsβable to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with teams.
π Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Huge Plus!):
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Copywriting skills for headlines, CTAs, and landing page copy.
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or ConvertKit.
- Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
