Web UI Developer (Angular and React) Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Web UI Developer (Angular and React) who's passionate about software modernization, ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API. Job Location : Durham, NC United States (on site) Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead the development and enhancement of web applications using Angular JS CSS HTML and React. Oversee the design and implementation of UI/UX Hybrid solutions to ensure a seamless user experience. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Ensure all web applications are compliant with accessibility standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features. Develop and maintain documentation for code processes and best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into projects. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and timelines. Key Qualifications: Must Possess strong expertise in Angular JS CSS HTML and React. Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing UI/UX Hybrid solutions. Have a solid understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in the Education domain is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.
