We are a leading psychedelic education company called SoundMind Institute, we own a clinic in Philadelphia, and also an international retreats company. I am a physician and a leader in my field. We are women-owned and led, diversity and inclusion focused, and looking not to overspend on design and web work. I am looking to get someone to have our brand and website match our reputation (reputation is great, website is a mess!).

I need someone well-versed in wordpress to combine several sites into one, and do a rebrand in the process. Showing other brands you have created branding decks or guidelines for is very important. If you are more of a website developer and not strong at branding, please have a plan for the branding when you apply. If you have someone you'd send me to first before you, that is fine. I would like the brand done, then put on figma, then onto Wordpress.

I have an SEO person who can take it after that, but we want the site to have user experience and marketing in mind.

SKILLS AND STEPS NEEDED

- Create brand deck and guidelines

- Put brand guidelines into a mockup on FIGMA

- Create a Wordpress site based on FIGMA content

- Create copy and choose correct words to drive traffic to our site

- Help create sales funnel

- Help us with a CRM to process through different course and retreat offerings
