Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a skilled Website Maintenance Executive (WordPress) to join our team in Dhaka to maintain and enhance the functionality of our WordPress websites.

Job Responsibilities:
• Regularly update, manage, and maintain WordPress websites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, security, and user experience
• Update plugins, themes, and the WordPress core
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and responsiveness
• Perform regular backups and implement security protocols
• Work closely with design and content teams to upload and format content
• Analyze website performance and traffic, implementing improvements based on analytics

Educational Requirements
• Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirement
• Proven experience in WordPress website maintenance
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce websites
• Understanding of website security measures and backup protocols
• Experience in basic PHP and JavaScript development
