Role Summary
The WordPress Support Engineer will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through multiple channels. This includes resolving technical issues, following all SOPs, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide support through Live Chat, Tickets, and Slack.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Convert recurring issues into feature requests for the development team.
• Assist customers with migrating their WordPress sites.
• Provide critical assistance with DNS setup.
