Job Context:

We are a digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are currently looking for a few project managers to handle our web development projects. They will have to communicate with different clients to understand their requirements, send them to the team and check the finished work before submission. He will be responsible for the monthly growth of the team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Understanding what the clients want and their tastes.
• Working with them closely to collect/gather all the information the operations may need before sending them to the operations team.
• Creating a clear and easy-to-understand job scope for the operations team so there is no way for them to go wrong.
• Upsell and cross-sell our key services. Offering them our guaranteed services/products from time to time and trying to convince them to purchase those.
• Communicating with clients on their various questions, concerns, new plans, and various other things since the sales team hands over the project to the project manager until the successful completion of the job.
• Following up on the payments and collecting payments at the earliest.
• Helping the sales team to measure work so they can give an accurate quote to the clients.
• Assuring Quality based on the job scope the project manager prepared initially for the operations team.
• Monitoring the projects closely with the operations team so we can update clients on the status when needed.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of proven working experience as a WordPress Developer or WordPress Project manager.
• Decent technical knowledge of WordPress
• Knowledge of other CMS like Shopify, WIX, Squarespace etc will be a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Strong managerial skills.
• Problem-solving skill.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Smart & Dynamic.

Educational Requirements: The candidates should have completed Honors from any reputed Public/private university. It can be compromised for experienced candidates.
