We are seeking a skilled developer to create a new WordPress site that is based on a new design that we've made. Additionally, the freelancer will be responsible for transferring all necessary data from our old Laravel website and another Wordpress website (we have 2 websites that needs migration) to the new WordPress platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both WordPress and Laravel, ensuring a seamless transition and functionality and should have great skills to follow the design given to him and make sure the website is up to standard with recent web vitals (high score for all vitals).

The website is RTL (right to left) and the main version of it is in Hebrew but it should also have a translated version in English that is LTR (Left to right)
