Responsibilities

• We also need a review of our plugins to identify and remove any that are unnecessary or causing performance issues
• ✅ Investigate & Fix Redirect Delay: Optimise the redirect from the www version to the non-www version to ensure it happens instantly
• ✅ Speed & Performance Optimisation: Improve overall page load speed, reducing first-byte time and total load time
• ✅ Plugin Audit & Cleanup: Review all installed WordPress plugins, remove any non-essential or redundant ones, and suggest better alternatives where needed
• ✅ Server & DNS Optimisation: Ensure the server, DNS settings, and caching configurations are optimised and not causing delays
• ✅ CDN & Caching Improvements: Optimise our Cloudflare setup or suggest alternative CDN configurations if needed
• ✅ Minimise HTTP Requests & Optimise Assets: Optimise CSS, JavaScript, and images for faster loading
• ✅ Conduct Speed Tests & Reporting: Provide before-and-after performance reports using Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or WebPageTest
• 1️⃣ A detailed performance audit report outlining current issues
• 2️⃣ Implemented fixes & optimisations to improve speed
• 3️⃣ Plugin cleanup & optimisation, with a report on which plugins were removed/replaced
• 4️⃣ A before-and-after performance report showing measurable improvements

Requirements

• 🔹 Expertise in WordPress performance optimisation, including plugin audits and Elementor-specific speed improvements
• 🔹 Experience working with Cloudflare, server configurations (NGINX/Apache), and DNS settings
• 🔹 Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, and Google PageSpeed Insights recommendations
• 🔹 Knowledge of CDNs, caching strategies (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, etc.), and lazy loading techniques
• 🔹 Ability to troubleshoot slow-loading WordPress websites and remove unnecessary bloat
• Timeline: Looking for a quick turnaround – ideally within a few days
