WordPress Support & Project Lead
🔍 About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy WordPress Support & Project Lead to join our growing team! This hybrid role blends project coordination, client communication, technical WordPress support, and internal IT troubleshooting. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping website projects on track, guiding clients through their journey, and jumping in to fix issues as they arise.
If you’re someone who can manage timelines, support clients, troubleshoot WordPress quirks, and keep internal systems running smoothly—this is your role.
🛠️ Responsibilities
• Guide clients through website packages and help define their goals and needs
• Support project quoting, timelines, and delivery expectations
• Oversee project workflows and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• Troubleshoot and fix WordPress issues (themes, plugins, CSS bugs, updates, backups)
• Provide basic internal IT support (email, software, printers, connectivity)
• Monitor server health, manage backups, and respond to hosting issues
• Handle DNS updates, SSL certificate setups/renewals, and cPanel tasks
• Keep all systems, software, and plugins secure and up to date
