We are a rapidly growing company, and as such, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals with similar work experience who are willing to work remotely.
Your Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer support requests, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues by logging into users' WordPress and FTP installations.
• Provide detailed answers to commonly asked theme questions, including explanations on how to utilize various theme features.
• Offer PHP, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript customization services to users, ranging from small to mid-range modifications.
• Assist users with basic installation, theme installation, and plugin installation knowledge.
• In addition to support duties, you will have opportunities to contribute to theme development and company growth.
• Develop strategies to turn dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones, and don't hesitate to seek help when needed.
Essential Requirements
• Profound knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development (HTML, CSS, PHP, Bootstrap Frontend Framework, and JavaScript (jQuery)).
• Experience working remotely.
• Able to solve problems efficiently and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Professionalism, respect, and courtesy are essential; patience is also a must-have trait.
• Mandatory fluency in English, with a strong grasp of grammar.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
