We are seeking a skilled Webflow expert to redesign our current WordPress website in Webflow. The new site will closely mirror the existing one while introducing enhancements, such as a filter feature for blogs and aircraft listings.

Key Responsibilities:
Redesign the current WordPress website in Webflow, ensuring 95% similarity with the current design.
Implement improvements like a blog filter and a filter for the aircraft listing database.
Ensure seamless CMS integration with Notion databases for employees, aircraft listings, and blogs.
Maintain and preserve SEO elements during the migration to avoid any negative impact on search rankings.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Webflow
Experience with WordPress to Webflow migration
Familiarity with Make.com for automations
Expertise in SEO best practices and migration without compromising search rankings
Ability to implement new features and enhancements
