Job Description

Crewscope is a Canadian SaaS software company that provides B2B services for various industries, including construction, manufacturing, mining, and the service sector, in North America.

We are looking for a WordPress Web Developer with a strong understanding of design principles to support us on a contract project basis with ongoing maintenance and support afterward.

What we need:

-Ability to revamp website design with new copy, improved structure, and intuitive navigation.

-Manage and update the site using WordPress themes, plugins, and content.

-Strong skills in responsive design to ensure seamless functionality across all devices.

-Experience optimizing SEO, updating meta descriptions, alt texts, and internal linking for better performance.

-Knowledge of UX/UI principles, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/jQuery for interactive features like dropdown menus.

-Create custom page templates, adjust theme functionality, extend headers/footers, and modify the WordPress loop to enhance content display.

-Improve and optimize the website’s technical infrastructure.

What do we have:

We have a website built already. However, we need

-A technical and design refresh of the website.

-The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to translate these into an actual website.

Additional details:

-The website is crewscope.com

-We use hosted WordPress on WP Engine

-We use Elementor with Ajax Categories

-Marketing CRM is HubSpot

-We also use Google Analytics
