Role Summary: Due to a recent acquisition, we are growing and seeking a WordPress web designer / developer to make changes to existing clients websites as well as construct new websites or redesigns of sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Making changes to sites and building out new sites.
• Communicating through email with clients about changes.

Qualifications:
• 1 Year of WordPress experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and balance competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.

Key Skills and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude.
• High level of emotional intelligence, particularly in handling client concerns.
• Team collaboration.
• Experience and accuracy with details.

Additional Information
• Location: On-site in our Akron, OH office.
• Work Schedule: Full time or flexible.
• Compensation: $16 – $20 per hour, plus bonus.
