We are looking for a motivated individual interested in becoming a key member of our Web Design department. Roles & Responsibilities:
• High volume creation of web pages across a large variety of different design platforms.
• Manage the design, development, and maintenance of multiple WordPress websites
• Design, create, and rebrand sales and marketing materials using Adobe Suite
• Assisting with production work on large projects and web designs
• Assisting with website support and maintenance tasks for existing clients

Position Requirements:
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week in-office (M-F)
• Confident communicator – both in professional writing to work directly in client-facing project teams & to speak about your design reasoning.
• Curiosity, a drive to learn and skill development. SharpNet values asking questions and a proactive mindset to advance skills.
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments simultaneously.
• Development of WordPress websites in accordance with approved design layouts.
• Design & assist with internal web design, development, and graphic design needs for SharpNet marketing department & online presence.
• Proactively identify areas of self-improvement and professional development. Openly discuss goals with a supervisor on a semi-annual basis.
• Work collaboratively & communicate effectively with Design Team Members, Account Managers, Developers, and clients.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to take constructive feedback.

You will work directly with website designers, clients and account managers to help build web pages and make website edits. The position may eventually transition to a full-stack website design/developer roll.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
