Job Description
I need an experienced WordPress developer to migrate an existing WordPress website from one domain to another. The website is built using the Divi theme and includes multiple pages, plugins, and customizations. The migration must ensure that all functionality, design elements, and settings remain intact.
Scope of Work:
Backup the current website, including database, files, and settings.
Transfer the site to the new domain and ensure everything is working correctly.
Update URLs, links, and database references to reflect the new domain.
Verify all pages, images, and functionality (e.g., forms, plugins, custom scripts) are intact.
Optimize the site for performance post-migration.
Ensure SEO settings and redirects are properly set up to prevent ranking loss.
Requirements:
Proven experience with WordPress website migrations.
Familiarity with the Divi theme and its settings.
Expertise in handling domain and DNS settings.
Strong knowledge of databases, cPanel, and FTP.
Experience with SEO-friendly migrations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues.
