Wordpress Woocommerce design in elementor and custom php functions

Job Description
Hi,
I am looking for someone to make basic wordpress design and build a functional subscription based product on woocommerce, with sime custom php functions.
I wrote instructions to a pdf where the task is described more in details.
I am sending some design elements:
Use all of them just for the design idea as it was done by AI and some elements and content don't make sense or are too much.
1. product page
2. Header and footer - just use for deign idea for header and footer
3. Product page
4. User Account
5. Checkout - just use the checkout part
I would like you to take a look at the description and tell me if it is doable and what is your price and deadline requirement.
When applying pkease do the followin:
1. Tell the budget and expected time needed fot the task.
2. Write a plan on how you would do it. Break the task to blueprint (in YOUR words not using AI, such applications will be automaticaly ignored), then I will get to know if youbunderstand the task and see if you are the right for us. Most people use AI to write their response messages back to clients and it bad and negative from clients perspective :)
