Role Responsibilities
• Provide 24/7 support for APIGEE platform issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot API performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Document support processes and technical issues.
• Assist in the deployment of new API features.
• Enhance the APIGEE platform’s functionality and performance.
• Provide technical analysis to diagnose problems effectively.
• Conduct regular system health checks and audits.
• Maintain excellent customer service presence and communicate effectively.
• Manage incidents and request tickets in a timely manner.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot integration challenges.
• Stay updated with APIGEE and industry best practices.
• Assist in training team members on APIGEE functionalities.
• Participate in the development of documentation and user guides.
• Work towards improving the customer satisfaction levels in support queries.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in APIGEE support or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of API management and development.
• Experience with 24/7 customer support environments.
• Familiarity with incident management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in performance tuning and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in APIGEE or cloud services are a plus.
• Willingness to take on challenges and drive solutions.
