Akkodis is seeking an Application .NET Programmer for a contract job with a client in Baltimore, MD(Remote). Responsibilities include developing and configuring custom .NET applications, performing code reviews, and providing technical guidance and training to State personnel.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Application .NET Programmer job responsibilities include:
• Developing, administering, and configuring custom-built .NET applications.
• Performing code reviews and testing on new code to ensure quality and compliance.
• Providing technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, and mentorship to State personnel.
• Participating in Scrum ceremonies, including team meetings and design sessions.
• Collaborating with the client’s Technical Architect to ensure adherence to client standards.
• Overseeing and guiding performance improvements for the customer’s replacement software.
• Maintaining and using DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for automating tasks.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET development and enterprise-level software development.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core (version 6.0 or later), and MS SQL with hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
