We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team and help us improve website performance, optimize user experience, and maintain high-volume WordPress sites.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-traffic WordPress websites
• Improve site performance, speed, and security
• Implement custom themes, plugins, and functionality using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks (mySQL experience is a plus)
• Collaborate with our design, content, and marketing teams to enhance user experience
• Stay updated on WordPress best practices and industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and optimization
• Strong experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of mySQL and database optimization for high-traffic sites
• Familiarity with React.js (bonus!)
• Experience with SEO, Core Web Vitals, caching, and site speed improvements
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range:

Junior (1-3 years experience) – $50,000 - $70,000
Mid-Level (3-5 years experience) – $70,000 - $90,000
