YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS

aioneers is looking for an Azure Cloud Architect / Senior DevOps Engineer to design, set up, and maintain our Azure cloud infrastructure, enabling seamless implementation of our data and analytics projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of our Azure environment while collaborating closely with our analytics teams to support project requirements.

Infrastructure Design & Deployment
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and reliable Azure cloud infrastructure for internal and client projects.
• Set up Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and others based on project needs.

Client Subscription & Service Management:
• Create, configure, and maintain client-specific Azure subscriptions and services to meet their project requirements.
• Monitor client subscriptions for usage, cost, and performance optimization.
• Ensure proper tagging and resource group management for client projects.

Azure DevOps Implementation:
• Configure Azure DevOps environments to manage build and release pipelines effectively.
• Implement version control and manage repositories using Git in Azure DevOps.
• Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring workflows for efficient project rollouts.

Client Consultation:
• Provide expert guidance to clients in setting up and managing their internal Azure cloud and DevOps environments.
• Design customized Azure and DevOps solutions tailored to client requirements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Cloud Management & Optimization:
• Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure and services for cost, performance, and reliability.
• Manage Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Networking (VNET, NSGs).
• Implement best practices for Azure cost management and reporting.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
• Troubleshoot and resolve internal and client infrastructure and DevOps pipeline issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for projects.

Security & Compliance:
• Configure and manage secure Azure environments, including identity and access management (IAM) with Azure AD.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal security policies, and client-specific requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

You enjoy working in a professionally managed start-up and have fun working together to achieve success through your passion and commitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture setup, with at least 3 years on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong expertise in managing Azure subscriptions and services, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Proficiency in core Azure services, including Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, and Monitoring.
• Experience as Qlik server or Power BI administrator is a plus
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and automated workflows.
• Experience with data and analytics tools such as Databricks is a plus.
• Expertise in Azure security and identity management (Azure AD, Key Vault, etc.).
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Azure Administrator are highly desirable.
• Experience in consulting with clients to deliver tailored infrastructure and DevOps solutions is preferred.
