Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative. This role will act as a liaison with current and potential customers to provide product information. The ideal candidate will have an interest in or be knowledgeable of cars (or willingness to learn). This position will serve and support our customers primarily in two functions. First, by educating them on our products and guiding them to compatible solutions. This person will be genuinely excited to help customers with patience, empathy and effective communication. Second, by assisting with installation questions and providing technical trouble shooting when needed. They will investigate by asking clarifying questions and collect enough information to identify and resolve issues. Lastly, the candidate should also be a natural Problem-solver with resolute follow up skills.

The specific responsibilities of the Customer / Technical Support representative include but are not limited to the following;

Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls related to sales and support

· Advises in a consultative fashion and recommends appropriate product solutions

· Assists customer to troubleshoot and resolve issues with installation

· Respond to emails in Hewitt Tech Support Inbox

· Leverages and updates internal systems to efficiently serve our customers
• Customer Relationship Management
• E-Commerce
• Shipping

· Assists with processing orders and returns

· Supports fulfillment and production

Skills/Qualifications:

· 1+ years of proven Customer Service experience

· Ability to follow logical trouble shooting steps

· Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

· Desire to engage in conversations with customers

Preferred Qualifications

· Associates or Technical Degree

· 2+ years of proven Customer Service experience
