Introduction

We are looking for a data-driven professional who can leverage data to solve business challenges by designing, developing, and maintaining a robust data infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in enhancing data workflows, contributing to product improvements, and optimizing customer lifecycle and retention models. Collaboration is essential, as they will work closely with data science and business intelligence teams to develop data models and pipelines that support research, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. Additionally, we value a growth mindset and seek someone who is open to continuous self-improvement and learning best practices from senior team members.

Job Responsibilities
• Partner with data analysts and scientists to develop sophisticated algorithms that generate valuable insights from large datasets.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications.
• Optimize data infrastructure for performance, ensuring high availability and security.
• Implement data validation, transformation, and quality control measures to maintain data integrity.
• Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

Knowledge And Experience
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python.
• SQL: Proficient in SQL for querying, manipulating, and optimizing data in relational databases.
• Data Warehousing: Familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Redshift, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
• Data Pipelines: Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow, ArgoCD, or equivalent.
• Data Engineering Concepts:
• Data modeling and schema design
• Data ingestion and transformation techniques
• Data quality checks and validation
• Performance optimization and scalability best practices
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with data scientists, analysts, and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
